Welcome to MSPC & Pool Repair Dubai. These terms and conditions govern your use of our swimming pool leak detection services. By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide professional swimming pool leak detection services, including but not limited to electronic leak detection, pressure testing, and dye testing.
3.1. To arrange an appointment, please contact us through our website, by phone, or via email.
3.2. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
4.1. Our service fees are outlined in our pricing guide, which is available on our website or upon request.
4.2. Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
4.3. We accept Bank Transfer or Card Payments.
5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.1. Please ensure that the pool water is clean, clear of debris, and swimmable. If the water is unclean, our divers may refuse to enter the water for health and safety reasons.
6.2. The pool water temperature should not be colder than 18 degrees Celsius to allow our engineers to spend significant time underwater. Cold water reduces the duration our divers can remain underwater.
6.3. The pool must be filled to its maximum capacity. It is not possible to identify a leak in the structure or liner if the water is below the leak level.
6.4. If the pool is empty, we can test the filtration system pipework but not the structure or liner.
6.5. If your pool has multiple leaks, we will strive to identify all leaks on the first day of testing. However, smaller leaks may be masked by a major leak, necessitating additional chargeable appointments.
6.6. Our engineers carry a wide range of fittings, pipework, bungs, and other necessary tools and materials. However, due to the diversity of pool/spa/fountain fittings, certain uncommon fittings may not be available on the day and may need to be ordered, leading to further chargeable works scheduled later.
7.1. If multiple leaks are present, our engineers will attempt to locate and rectify (if applicable) all leaks within your allocated appointment slot and the quoted prices.
7.2. Secondary leaks may only become detectable after the main leak is repaired. In such cases, additional appointments and quotes may be necessary.
7.3. Unless informed about the possibility of multiple leaks, our engineers will focus on locating and rectifying the primary leak reported in your initial inquiry.
7.4. Repairing or pressure testing a pipe in poor condition may cause new leaks to develop at other weak points. We accept no liability for additional leaks that arise following a leak detection and/or repair. Any further works required to address additional leaks will be chargeable.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our Services.
8.2. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services.
We provide our Services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that any issues will be completely resolved.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
